Our goods are shipped with DHL or Hermes. We only deliver within Europe.
Shipping costs
Germany: The shipping costs including packaging are a flat rate of 3.95 euros per order in Germany.
Europe: The shipping costs including packaging are a flat rate of 9.95 euros per order in Europe.
Delivery time
Goods in stock are dispatched immediately. The delivery time within Germany is 7-10 working days. Longer delivery times may apply to custom-made products.
Please remember that we have no influence on the delivery times of the post / parcel services.
Pickup
If you pick up the goods yourself, I will inform you by email or phone about the provision of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
Return information
The return costs are to be borne by you.
Please remember that the goods must arrive unused and undamaged (original condition).
